RWAAJ is fully committed to compliance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19), to ensure the privacy and protection of our customers' data and their linked store data.
1. Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process data based on the user's explicit consent when connecting their advertising channels or stores, or for service execution and contractual obligations.
2. Data Minimization Principle
We collect only the minimum personal and commercial data required to operate the AI assistant, calculate True ROAS, and provide our advertising management services. We do not request or store any unnecessary sensitive data.
3. Data Sharing & Geographic Boundaries
RWAAJ data is hosted and processed in highly secure cloud environments that meet local regulatory requirements. Personal data is not transferred outside Saudi Arabia or processed except in accordance with official approved controls and requirements.
4. Data Subject Rights Under PDPL
We guarantee your legal rights under PDPL, including:
- Right to be informed of the legal basis for data collection.
- Right to access your data stored with us.
- Right to request correction or update of inaccurate data.
- Right to request destruction or deletion when the purpose has ended.
5. Security Measures
We apply strict security and administrative standards including advanced encryption (SSL/TLS, AES-256) to protect API keys, databases, and customer data from any leak, loss, or unauthorized access.
6. Compliance with Google API Services
In addition to PDPL, RWAAJ complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data accessed via Google Ads API is used solely to provide management and analytics services to the account owner.
