These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with RWAAJ, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for managing and analyzing advertising campaigns. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" or "Service": The RWAAJ platform at https://rwaaj.net and related apps/interfaces.
• "User" or "You": The individual or business registered on the platform.
• "Content": Any data, reports, or campaigns you input or that we generate for you.
• "Ad Platforms": Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and others.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be 18 years or older, or a legal representative of a business entity.
• You must provide accurate and current information at registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and any activity on your account.

3. Service Description

RWAAJ provides services including:

• Connecting your ad platform and e-commerce accounts via OAuth2.
• Syncing campaign and performance data into a unified dashboard.
• Creating, editing, pausing, and enabling campaigns on ad platforms based on your explicit instructions.
• Generating PDF reports and AI-powered analytics.
• White-label client reporting portals for agencies.

4. Use of Google Ads API & Ad Platforms

4.1 Account Linking

When you connect your Google Ads or any other ad platform account:

• You grant RWAAJ limited authorization to access your data and execute the changes you explicitly request.
• You remain the legal owner of your ad account and associated data.
• You can revoke access at any time via your Google settings or the RWAAJ interface.

4.2 Compliance with Google Policies

RWAAJ adheres to the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy. You must also comply with:

• Google Ads advertising policies
• Local advertising laws in your jurisdiction
• No fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful campaigns

4.3 Responsibility for Campaigns

You are fully responsible for:

• Ad content, keywords, and targeting.
• Budgets and ad spend — RWAAJ is not liable for amounts you spend on ad platforms.
• Compliance with laws and regulations in your target markets.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are monthly or annual depending on the plan selected.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Unauthorized access attempts to our or others' systems
• Reselling the service or API access without written permission
• Infringing on others' intellectual property
• Sending spam or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

• RWAAJ Platform: All rights to the platform, code, and design are reserved by RWAAJ.
• Your Data: Remains entirely yours.
• Reports: Reports generated for you belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee specific advertising results.
• Our cumulative max liability is limited to amounts you paid to RWAAJ in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not responsible for losses from external ad platform outages.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend/terminate your account for Terms violations.
• Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be referred to the competent courts in Cairo.
