English Version — Service Level Agreement
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the commitments and guarantees provided by RWAAJ to ensure exceptional service quality for our subscribing customers, including agencies and business owners managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
1. Uptime Commitment
We commit to providing the RWAAJ platform with at least 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows or outages of external ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
2. Technical Support Response Times
- Critical issues (full system outage): Response within 2 hours, with continuous work until resolution.
- Medium issues (sub-feature defect): Response within 6 business hours.
- Normal issues (general inquiries): Response within 24 business hours.
3. Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance and updates are performed outside peak hours (typically between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM Makkah time). Users are notified via email or dashboard at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Third-Party Platform Limitations
RWAAJ is not responsible for interruptions caused by external ad platform outages (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) or e-commerce stores (Salla, Zid, Shopify). Our commitment is limited to resuming data sync as soon as those services return to operation.
5. Downtime Compensation
If monthly uptime falls below 99.9% due to a technical fault in RWAAJ's own servers, the customer may request a free credit or subscription extension proportional to the actual downtime duration.
6. Google Ads API SLA
For Google Ads campaign sync specifically: data is refreshed on initial connection, on user-triggered manual sync, and via hourly automated sync. Real-time data freshness is best-effort and depends on Google Ads API availability.
